KSG prices each service based on the property, its condition, requested scope, cleaning frequency and any selected add-ons. Your quote will identify the services and price for your cleaning. If conditions or requested work materially differ from the information used for the quote, KSG will discuss any proposed change in scope or price before additional work is performed.
Applicable state and local sales, use or service taxes are added when required based on where the cleaning service is performed and applicable law. Requirements and rates can vary by jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
Residential payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial customers follow the payment terms stated in their quote, proposal or service agreement.
KSG may accept approved electronic payments, Zelle, ACH/bank payments, checks and major credit/debit cards. Available payment options may change over time.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or appointments where KSG cannot access the property may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service price, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Contact KSG as soon as possible. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice generally avoids the late-cancellation fee, subject to availability.
Not necessarily. You may arrange an appropriate method for KSG to access the property. Clients are responsible for providing accurate entry, key, lockbox or alarm instructions and safe, timely access.
An appointment where KSG cannot obtain the agreed access may be treated similarly to a same-day cancellation and may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service price, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please notify KSG within 24 hours of service. KSG will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable re-clean of the affected area included in the original scope. The re-clean policy does not cover additional services or work outside the original scope.
Yes. Please tell KSG about pets before service and secure any animal that may become anxious, territorial or interfere with cleaning. Clients are responsible for providing a reasonably safe working environment and managing pet access during service.
KSG generally provides the cleaning products and equipment needed for the agreed service unless a quote or service arrangement states otherwise. Please disclose special surfaces or product requirements before cleaning begins.
KSG may use conventional or eco-friendly cleaning products depending on the service, surface requirements and customer preference. If you prefer an eco-friendly option, let KSG know when requesting your quote so the appropriate products can be planned for your service.
