KSG provides services in designated areas of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Mention of a state, city or region on the website does not guarantee that every address within that area is eligible for service. Availability is confirmed during quoting or scheduling.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Online Requests

Website prices, starting prices, examples, calculators or estimates are informational unless KSG expressly identifies them as an accepted quote for a specific client and service. A website inquiry, contact-form submission or quote request does not by itself create a cleaning-services contract or guarantee an appointment.

A service relationship is established only when KSG and the client accept the applicable service details through a quote, booking confirmation, proposal, Client Service Agreement or other agreed arrangement. Applicable taxes may be added based on the service location and law.

More specific accepted service terms control over general website statements concerning that service.

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable federal, state and local law. KSG serves customers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the law applicable to a particular user or transaction.
